From Rome take the A1 motorway towards Florence. Exit at Valdichiana (Sinalunga) and then take the road to four lanes to Siena. Then head to Florence and from Siena’s ring road you pass to the highway to Florence. Take the exit Poggibonsi Nord (signs for Empoli), then from Certaldo to Gambassi Terme and, therefore , Montaione and La Scopa.
